Terrible! I ordered six tacos and every one of them was wrong!

Drive thru only at this time.... line was long but employees were on the ball and the line moved quickly. Order was correct and hot. Cashier was very polite

Excellent service... eventhough they were close to closing and running out of options Savannah took care of us.... we rushed through from out of town and were very pleased with her effort to make us happy. Highly recommend this location. Food is great and location is clean.

Staff needs customer service refresher training. Front counter staff is busy taking orders while other staff that is available to help avoid eye contact with customers to help with drink refills or other requests. Customers feel ignored and are visibly upset. It's easy for staff to fall into a routine and forget the reason they are there in the first place: To serve the customers.

Food is always on point, whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Elisa is the friendliest and nicest person ever, and always smiling. When I was pregnant, I ate here every day.

Ordered food to go and they forgot to put the meat in the meal. The door was locked behind me. I realized as soon as we got to the truck and went back. The girl working just stared at me when I was knocking. A customer still inside let me in. No apologies for the missing meats. Not very tasty. Lots and lots of fat on brisket. , sausage was goid, but very little for the price. I think paying 16.00 for a meal would give you more than 3 ounces of meat. Wow, so disappointed !

Have stopped here a few times, always friendly service, and good food. The folks next door let us park our big rig in their parking lot, and we walk over to Bill’s. Thanks to all the nice folks here in Lytle TX!!

The staff is very friendly and the place is nice and clean... When there's stuff on the tables they pick it up right away . I was very pleased... Thank you for your great service you provided us..

They didn't get my order right

Excellent as always. Have lunch there 6 days a week. It's close to where I work and I know a lot of the employees. All very good people.

Terrible food was not fresh meat was fatty and i didnt get allthree sides.

Love this place. The meat and pies are my favorite here. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The prices are not too bad. They did go up but food quality is worth it. I recommend this place and location to my coworkers all the time. My only gripe is the chicken needs a bit more seasoning. The meat of the chicken is juicy but the skin is a little bland. I will still keep going to this location.

Always amazing food! semi parking next door off to the side by western store. Go slow on approach its a rough dirt patch but plenty of room for a quick stop.

Would be higher except for the fact that Arierial the girl who took our order was rude and didn't act like she cared to be at work. Her additude was not what Bill Miller's is usually like. Our food was good as always but if she is behind the counter next time I will be going elsewhere for lunch.

Here is one of those franchises that continue to thrive because you get a lot of food for your buck. However, if you're looking for quality BBQ...drive on by. I had a rodeo plate. The taste of the smoked meat was bland and the sauce was sour. The beans were very salty. Potato salad was bland. The fries were soggy and cold. The chicken and brisket were so-so. Nothing to keep me coming back that's for sure.

Good service and food definitely a good atmosphere while eating out with the family I only miss the old look it use to have with the little separate bar looking area

Horrible service..ordered 2 simple plates in the Drive thru..wrong orders and was over charged to top it off... Manager needes to be fired...
